Sweetwater guitar players find the Hook simplifies recording with Normal Recording (NR) and Auto Recording (AR) modes to help you create. In AR mode, press the footswitch to arm the looper, and the Hook will automatically record when you start playing. Switch to NR mode, and the Hook functions as expected, with the footswitch immediately beginning the recording. Record up to six minutes of audio with unlimited overdubs, allowing you to layer tracks as you play. The Hook’s drumbeats work independently of the loops, with 11 styles to choose from and the ability to start and stop without ruining your loop. Recording in 24-bit/44.1kHz resolution, the Hook offers high-quality tracks and even includes a headphone jack for silent practice at home or on the road.
