Wide-range Wind Gong
Dream has built their products with a singular, defining process: hand hammering and fire forging their cymbals through a meticulous means of aging and reheating until their artisans know the time is right for these cymbals to take their final form. Their Feng Wind Gong is no exception. Unlike its Chau counterpart, the Feng Wind Gong is flat, lipless, and lathed on both sides, giving it plenty of distinctive visual allure. Moreover, the faster attack and explosive sound results in broader resonant presence with a much quicker cooldown. Sweetwater’s preeminent percussionists are impressed with the responsiveness of this gong, offering plenty of dynamic range regardless of the size!
