Studio Live Remote Troubleshooting Guide

If you’re having issues with setting up your SLRemote App, check out the instructions below.

If you’re still having issues, here are a couple things you can do to fix your issue:

1) Unplug any ether-net cable that may be plugged in to your computer.

2) Try removing the SLRemote application from your iPad’s open applications.

This can be done by double tapping your “Home” button on your iPad.

Your open Apps will be listed. If you touch and hold the SLRemote, there will be a small, red, delete button.

Click on this, and then relaunch the SLRemote App. The problem should be fixed

3) Make sure you are using the latest version of iTunes.

4)Make sure you are running the latest version of Universal Control and that you have updated the firmware on your StudioLive.
