How do I setup controller messages on B3 module?
The B3 organ module is set up to emulate a
> hammond organ which inherently does not have
> sustain. The default ft.switch setting are
> set to control the leslie spk effect.
> Changing this is a tedious process.
>
> The easiest way to change this is to assign another
> controller number to the pedal from the source(Keyboard).
> Then on the B3 module hit the “master” button.
> Scroll to “footswitch controller” now for example,
> you can tell ft. switch #3 to be your new controller
> number that was assigned to the pedal.
>
> A new ft. switch has been setup.
> Now we want to set this ft. switch to control sustain.
> This has to be done on a per preset basis, meaning every
> sound you want to have this new sustain function has to
> be edited and then saved for each sound.
>
> 1)find the preset you want to effect.
> 2)press “edit” button
> 3)scroll to “Patchcords”
> 4)cursor to top right hand section of the display where
> it shows a number. Scroll through the numbers until you
> find a blank patchcord.
> 5)cursor down and assign ft.switch 3 to keysust at 100%.

> Your new controller will now control sustain.
