I purchased the ProTools LE 8 upgrade ‘electronically.’ When I enter my activation code online, I’m alerted the code has already been used.
This happens when a user enters the activation once, then attempts to activate a second time.
The confusion occurs when users attempt to access the downloads for the Pro Tools installers a second time. There is no need to activate again. Instead, visit www.digidesign.com/mydigi/ and log into your account using your registered email address and password.
