Seamless Multichannel Audio Routing
A 3-way digital audio bridge, the Behringer SC-U connects StageConnect, multichannel USB audio, and Ultranet systems, routing up to 32 channels of bidirectional audio, at up to 24-bit/48kHz, over a single standard XLR cable. Additionally, it can simultaneously feed multitrack audio to and from your DAW via USB. Equally useful onstage, in your rehearsal room, and in the studio, the SC-U integrates seamlessly with Ultranet systems, such as Behringer P16 personal monitor mixers. You also get asynchronous 32-channel sample rate conversion, enabling different parts of your system to operate at independent word clocks and sample rates. Beyond that, thanks to 0.4ms latency and 140dB dynamic range, the SC-U maintains audio integrity and clock stability across devices, safeguarding against clicks and dropouts. Moreover, the SC-U can transmit MIDI data from your computer using StageConnect. At Sweetwater, we’ve found that the SC-U makes an eminently robust central hub, enabling you to route audio flawlessly between your mixer, computer, and personal monitoring setup with minimal cabling and configuration. Housed in a compact, rugged enclosure, the SC-U is built to provide you with a lifetime of hassle-free use.
