Little amps that SQUEAL!

Check out the Pignose Special Edition! Now in tweed, the powerful little Pignose with that distinctively funky sound has become an on-call staple of countless recording studios, rehearsal studios, dorm rooms, and backyards around the world since the '60s. A 5" speaker in a rugged, metal-cornered cabinet moves the air, while a preamp out jack lets you take advantage of its great distortion in the studio, into a PA, or with a larger external amp. Powered by batteries or with an optional power supply, you can take this little Pignose anywhere.

It's a First Amp
The Pignose 7-100 combines economy with quality and will never outlive its usefulness when you buy up to bigger amps. It will always be handy for traveling and for working on quick ideas on the road.

Best bluesbreaker out there if you ask me

I can not express enough how much I love this little amplifier. A fire-breathing dragon clad in tweed. If I need more volume, I run it through the return line of my fx loop on my Mesa/Boogie from the preamp out. The harmonics and raspy breakup is my favorite. But music is subject to opinion.

Awesome Amp

Love the dirty, warm sound and impressive volume.Used for Harmonica with a Shaker Dynamic Mic.

Pig Rocks

This little thing grinds better than some of my real amps. Played wide open with the guitar turned down, it cleans up nicely and fires back up to a growl when you crank the throttle.

Pignose

Best little practice amp available in that price range. Turning it to the right can provide awesome gain tone; there's even a snake skin one available...they make great presents!.

Every Guitar Player Needs to Own One of These

Really a fantastic piece of gear. I'm withholding a half star just because the build quality and sound quality really isn't quite where the original USA made ones were (these are now made in China...). But still has that classic Pig sound. The tweed is really nice on this special edition. Overall, I'm super pleased
