To support your preferred workflows, pads are presented in 3-channel complex as well as menu and single-channel formats. And in terms of flexible design features, Heavyocity Gravity pretty much rules supreme, letting you quickly and intuitively craft whatever you hear in your mind's ear.

Your go-to scoring toolkit

Looking for a killer collection of modern scoring tools? You're on the right page. Heavyocity's award-winning composers and sound designers designed Gravity to cover a vast range of ethereal scoring elements, from rich Pads and expressive Risers to celestial Stings and massive Hits. Gravity puts you at the helm of over 12GB of production-ready instruments, all controlled by an inspiring new interface. Gravity serves up stunning sonics that will perfectly complement the contemporary visual aesthetics of the film, television, and video game projects you are scoring.

Motion feature creates evolving textures

Sweetwater composers agree: static sounds are boring. Gravity's new Motion feature delivers everything from silky tempo-synced swells and pulsing rhythmic motifs to complex glitch and stutter effects, while giving you full control over the volume, pan, and pitch modulation of each component. But why stop there? Architect additional multiplex sequences with Pattern Chainer and the mesmerizing Volume Modulator. Heavyocity Gravity gives you a world of unlimited possibilities.

Designers feature offers deep customization

As film, television, and video game composers, Heavyocity laments the dearth of great-sounding hits and hybrid risers in the VI marketplace. No worries - the Designers are here. Gravity's new Designers feature offers deep customization, so you can craft the ideal accents for your score. Hits are presented in four intuitive layers: Sub, Impact, Tail, and Whoosh. You also have the ability to control each element and combine them for maximum impact. Risers are presented in three layers: Organic, Synth, and FX; and you can stack each of these, complete with control over length, timing, and tempo-sync.

Organic source material

Gravity's distinctive sound is comprised of a huge selection of organic source material sampled by the sound chasers at Heavyocity, with over a year spent bowing, bending, smashing, dropping, and colliding objects out in the field and in the studio. To become signature Heavyocity sounds, the recordings are tweaked, layered, mangled, and massaged in custom-built modular analog gear until they meet the Heavyocity standard of excellence. The result is Gravity, a truly impressive and unique collection that has been painstakingly curated, mixed, and mastered for immediate deployment in your scores.

Gravity is Incredible

The possibilities are limitless. Very easy to grasp even just installed. Highly recommending if you like to experiment with sound engineering. Primarily designed for scoring, but I think it could be used anywhere you want to inject unique but ethereal sound!

Sweetwater Advice

Cristian Good

I use a lot of ambient effects when I create cinematic pieces, which is why I picked up Heavyocity Gravity in the first place. However, once I started using it, I discovered elements in it that I can use in almost and genre of music that I produce. My favorite thing about Gravity is the Sub Hits menu - I'd buy it just for those samples alone! It's been an absolute game-changer for me, and I'd happily recommend this instrument to anyone.
