Roland's COSM modeling technology is renowned for its great guitar and amp sounds. Sporting a next-generation COSM processor, the Roland CUBE-80GX opens you to new avenues of sonic expression. The CUBE-80GX goes way beyond cloning vintage amps to give you vast new frontiers of undiscovered tones, re-creating their precise tones and behaviors. You can start with a classic amp then morph it into another dimension altogether, carving out totally new sonic territory. From clean to crunch to extreme, the CUBE-80GX has you covered.

The CUBE-80GX lets you select your channels from its top panel or with footswitches while performing. It supports Roland's GA-FC foot controller (available separately), which gives you six footswitches for channel selection and effects on/off, plus two jacks for volume control with expression pedals. All CUBE-GX amps offer remote channel selection with optional BOSS FS-5U or FS-6 footswitches.

CUBE-GX series guitar amps sport Roland's innovative i-CUBE LINK interface for easy, quick connectivity with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. The included cable gives you two-way communication with your iOS devices, so you can jam with music tracks and send studio-grade guitar tones directly to your favorite recording apps. The i-CUBE LINK jack may also be used as a regular stereo input, letting you plug in virtually any music player or audio device and play it through your amp. The companion CUBE Jam app (available free from the App Store) turns your iOS device into a versatile jamming, recording, and learning station.
