One Pedal, 2 Reverbs!

A redesign of the Sky Pedals Cloud9, the JHS Alpine dual reverb pedal will take your dry guitar signal and drench it in a shimmering avalanche of reverb. While powerful, versatile, and highly tweakable, the Alpine is also straightforward and easy to use, giving you rich overtones and beautiful reflections that are simple for you to dial in. On top of that, the Alpine's Shift function allows you to switch between two different settings on the fly. It's like having two killer reverbs in one great-sounding pedal! At Sweetwater, we've been eagerly anticipating the arrival of the JHS Alpine dual reverb pedal. Now we don't want to put it down!

JHS Alpine Dual Reverb Pedal at a Glance:
  • Knobs provide you with tons of tweakability
  • Shift knob and footswitch give you 2 pedals in one
  • EFX Loop Jack lets you insert other effects into your reverb signal
Knobs provide you with tons of tweakability

Although easy to use, the JHS Alpine dual reverb pedal gives you plenty of tweakability. The Reverb control is a wet/dry mix knob that lets you dial in anything from subtle ambience to a saturated wave of shimmering reverb. The Highs control is a highpass filter that lets you darken or brighten your overall reverb effect. The Depth control adjusts the size or space of your reverb, while the Length control adjusts your tail/decay time. Whether you want to sound like you're playing in a tiny bathroom or a ginormous cave, the Alpine gives you the control you need to pull it off.

Shift knob and footswitch give you 2 pedals in one

One of the JHS Alpine dual reverb pedal's coolest features is its Shift function, which lets you switch between two different reverb settings. When you stomp on the Alpine's "Shift' footswitch, you also engage the Shift knob that acts as a second Reverb control. This lets you set a standard Reverb control to one setting and a Shift to another for on-the-fly adjustment between two preset sounds.

EFX Loop jack lets you insert other effects into your reverb signal

By plugging a simple TRS splitter cable into the JHS Alpine dual reverb pedal's EFX Loop jack, you can insert your favorite effects into the Alpine's signal path. Imagine inserting an octave pedal for crazy shimmer effects, a delay for huge ambient pads, or an EQ for tone-shaping tweakability. There's no doubt about it - the Alpine gives you plenty of options for creative experimentation!

JHS Alpine Dual Reverb Pedal Features:
  • Reverb, Highs, Depth, and Length knobs provide you with tons of tweakability
  • Shift knob and footswitch give you on-the-fly adjustment between two preset sounds
  • EFX Loop Jack lets you insert other effects into your reverb signal
  • Buffered bypass restores lost signal in your rig for optimal sound
  • Trails lets your reverb signal gradually trail off instead of cutting off abruptly
From realistic reverb to otherworldly waves of ambience, the JHS Alpine dual reverb pedal delivers!

JHS Alpine Dual Reverb Pedal

I've had this pedal for a few weeks and I've been using it everyday since. I called Sweetwater to ask what I could do about the reverb in the my Amp, it was clinging to much so one of the techs told me to turn the reverb on the amp off and get the JHS Alpine pedal and it is perfect!!

Ambient Heaven

After getting tired of using the reverb tank on my fender amp I decided it was time to look for a nice reverb pedal. Researched a lot and decided to try out the new Alpine Reverb by JHS. Pricy but so worth it, I have trouble turning this thing off. Between barely being on, to huge space cave reverb this pedal is awesome. The shift feature realistically is to add more reverb mid song, thats all I've used it for at least. This pedal makes it super easy to dial in nice reverbs with the basic wet/dry mix, and the depth and length knobs, and on top of all that they throw in the Hi-Pass filter which is awesome. Overall the pedal is very versatile, worth the price? Well I don't know that any pedal is, but if your willing to fork out the cash go for it, you won't be disappointed!
