All Highway Series guitars come equipped with a Fishman Fluence Acoustic Pickup system. You get a multi-voice soundhole pickup that delivers a hum- and noise-free signal. The pickup’s unique, patented curvature enables the pickup to “listen” to each string in different locations. This helps the pickup produce a totally unique tone. The curved pickup architecture also takes advantage of natural comb filtering, which ensures each string sings out with greater articulation than ever before. In total, this provides a timbral quality unachievable with traditional, “straight-across” soundhole pickups. Finally, the patented curved design keeps the pickup from obstructing your instrument’s natural acoustic voice.
