Pro Mixer with USB Computer Connection

The PV 20 USB features built-in DSP effects with multiple reverbs and delays, plus vocal enhancer and much more, while a USB port allows direct connection to a USB-equipped computer for recording from the mixer or playing back digital audio (compatible with Windows XP, ME & 2000). It also includes pre-fader monitor sends, post-fader effects send, inserts on all channels, and dual switchable line inputs on the two stereo channels.

All PV Series mixers include Peavey's Tape to Control Room and Tape to Mix assigns, which allow the operator to monitor an external stereo signal without using any of the mixer's channels. In addition, the mixers' Control Room output sends a stereo master output signal to an external source for monitoring. Phantom power, effects send and a contour switch are also standard on all models.

THIS UNIT CAN USE AN OUTBOARD EFFECT UNIT BY COMING OUT OF A MONITOR SEND AND RETURNING TO A CHANNEL ON THE BOARD, PREFERABLY THE LAST CHANNEL. I HAVE USED ANOTHER REVERB FOR 8 YEARS ON THIS BOARD

great mixer for drummers

this is a great mixer for drummers.i have an extremely large 13 piece vintage tama double bass drum set with all sorts of percussion add ons.cowbells, woodblocks, graniteblocks, windchimes, triangles, gongs, and more.the pv20usb gives me all the xlr inputs i need at an excellent price.this mixer is very quiet (no hum or buzz)and makes my drum set sound great.im using 2 sets of audix fusion7 drum mic kits &2audix d6 mics for my bass drums.this mixer is very easy to use and in one weekend(fri&sat nite),i was able to set up the 16 mics and tweek everything.now i have the sound i always wanted but could never get without mics &a mixer.now when i jam with the guitar&bass player,i just turn on my mixer and im ready to record. the added effects are pretty good too. keep in mind that i have no prior recording/mixing experience and i bought the mixer because it had the most xlr inputs for the $ and it had very good reviews plus my guitarist has had no problems with any of his peavey equipment ever. this mixer does not have all the bells and whistles that you might find on other brand mixers but like i said in my opening line. ITS A GREAT MIXER FOR DRUMMERS !
