An All-in-one Guitar-processing Solution

The Zoom MS-50G MultiStomp guitar effects pedal is the first of its kind to put an entire effects processor into a single stompbox-sized unit. This gives you a huge collection of amps and effects right on your pedalboard. Never be without the sounds you need again!

What makes the MS-50G so cool?

  • Pro-quality sounds from a large selection of amps, stompboxes, and effects
  • Easy-to-use interface with large LCD screen
  • Stereo outputs for feeding two amplifiers or direct recording
  • Program the order of your patches
  • Ultra-compact design that fits your pedalboard

Big processing power in a compact pedal

Now you can have the big power of a multi-effects processor in the size of a single pedal, with the Zoom MS-50G MultiStomp guitar pedal. Choose from over 47 modeled effects and eight amplifiers to create your ideal guitar tones. A large LCD screen makes the MS-50G easy to use in any lighting condition. Right out of the box, this Zoom processor has over 30 presets that are ready to rock the stage, plus 50 user presets you can use to design and save your own sounds.

Create your own amp and cabinet combinations

With the combination of eight amp models and 47 stompbox and rack effects, the Zoom MS-50G MultiStomp guitar pedal is ready to create the amp rig of your dreams. Amp models range from modern to vintage, plus you get to choose your speaker cabinet. You can take control of the amp functions and cabinet size to create your own signature rig.

Classic stompbox and rack effects give you a professional sound

From fat overdrives to swirling choruses to huge hall reverbs, the Zoom MS-50G has the effects you need. Use up to six stompboxes and effects to create a full rig with amp models, the perfect pedalboard, or a single standalone effect. You can place the effects in any order you want in the signal chain to create your signature sound.

Quickly and easily tweak settings to create the perfect tone

Everything you need to quickly change your settings is available on the MS-50G MultiStomp guitar effects pedal. A set of three parameter control knobs that double as buttons let you dig deep into your settings to dial up the perfect effect. A set of cursor keys built around the footswitch let you navigate through the entire library of effects and add them to your signal chain in seconds.

Large LCD display makes operation easy

The Zoom MS-50G MultiStomp guitar pedal has a large LCD display built in, so you can instantly see your settings. You'll love being able to see exactly what your presets' settings are with this big backlit display. There's nothing worse than having to guess how your knobs are set and messing everything up at a show.

A single footswitch with a multitude of functions

The footswitch on the MS-50G isn't just a one-trick pony — it's the hub of live control. Use it to toggle presets on and off, or to turn on and off the built-in tuner. When it's set to tap tempo, you can set the delay time or speed of various modulation effects. You can also set the patch order so that the footswitch goes from preset to preset. For example, you could select three patches — (A) CLEAN TONE, (B) OVERDRIVE, (C) LEAD SOLO — and program the MS-50G to cycle through only those three each time you press the footswitch.

Flexible output and power options for any situation

No matter what your output needs are, the Zoom MS-50G MultiStomp guitar effects pedal is ready to rock. The stereo outputs can be configured for line-out direct recording, for going into the front of your amp, or for being connected to a power-amp input. Flexible power options let you use the MS-50G in a variety of settings. You can power the MS-50G MultiStomp with 2 x AA batteries, for up to seven hours of use; with an optional AC adapter; or via USB bus. The USB port not only powers the device, but it also lets you update your firmware.

This is a great device. An entire pedalboard in one package. When you take the time to learn how to use it you unlock a wide range of possibilities. Amazing bang for the buck, a great gift for someone else, I might get my nephew one soon.

Great tones that travel light

I've owned this box for over a year, and I love it way too much! I've used it at open mic nights, jams and band gigs. It covers a lot of ground. Beatles, Herb Alpert, Blues Bros, Santana, Trower, Kansas, Chuck Mangioni, Vai, Satch. Clean to scream and everything in between. The uni-vibe alone is worth the price-it nails Bridge of Sighs! This multi effect box is very deep with tons of amazing tones, so plan on spending a lot of time getting to know it and choosing/setting up tones. It responds well to the guitar controls and dynamic playing, cleaning up nicely and growling when needed with the Plexi amp sim, and providing singing sustain with the Egnator sim. Add in great stereo delays, chorus, phasers, and "out there" synth, step sequencing, and swell effects, and you'll never be at a loss for inspiration. I plug a wha into it and straight into the board and that's all I need. If you don't want to lug an amp, or need to fill that last space on your pedal board but want more than one sound, this is your box.

A Great Pedal

This pedal is great. I am in a working band that plays everything from oldies, classic rock, and todays hits. This pedal is very versatile. It takes a few hours to get the hang of the programming aspect but once you do you will have the ability to program sound patches that you can use for your musical needs. You can then cycle 26 created and/or preset patches at your command. You can set them up in any order and cycle through them with your feet while you gig. The patch combinations are limitless. It is well worth the money. The other guitar player in my band is now planning to get this pedal. It is on my pedal board as the wild card pedal. It also has USB connectivity so you can update the firmware and maybe future preset patches when available.

Buy It

Ok campers, I reasearched this thing to death and got a feeling for what it can do and what I was looking for. I'm constantly doing smalls gigs and I've been trying to put together the ultimate gig rig. Well, I think I've done it. I ordered the pedal from Sweetwater on Wed. morning and had it before 10:30 am the next....Cool.....I tore into it and started messing around ....out of the box....it rocks....it just takes time to figure out a couple things, but once you do, man you own it. I took it to an open mic tonight matched it with my Rivera Clubster25 and Parker Deluxe. What a combination... I set this thing up with a Delay setting, T Screamer and Stereo Chorus...that is the basis of my sound...and I toggled thru those....this thing killed......this is a very versatile pedal and I will get a lot of use out it and for the money you can't go wrong.....My only compaint?.....the manual sucks.....it's too small to read. My other compliant? I wish the screen could have color options....other than that..folks....buy it.....

Great pedal

One thing to establish first is that this is more than just a single pedal. It can be set up that way but it is also capable of being like an effects processor. The effects are great and the unit is quiet. One cool feature is that you can set it up to turn off or on a single effect in a chain when not set up in the A/B mode. Having said that - this thing has an A/B mode which lets you set up two complete presets and switch between them. I know I'm rambling but the set up possibilities are very good and USEABLE with this unit. Thanks ZOOM and Sweetwater!
