There’s a new free update available for all registered GURU users that has been dubbed version 1.1.280. New features include:
- Sample-accurate Gate, Shot and Trig modes, enabling some very neat tricks with rapid-fire pattern switching
- New scoring and slicing modes – linear, 16th-note, single-layer and improved score translation
- Assorted improvements to the Browser, the Pattern and Pad Editors
- Metronome supports non-4/4 measure structures (3/4, triplet-time 4/4)
- Full MMC support is available in standalone mode (control the transport from your MPD-24 or other control surface transport)
- Support for DAE mode in MOTU Digital Performer 5
