Amazing Overdrive Tone
This pedal produces a really smooth and very useful overdrive tone. It is a great addition to my pedal chain.

Music background: Musician at Nothing But You Music
Does exactly what it is supposed to
I saw one review saying this is the most overated pedal ever. This may be true because of hero worship in the case of SRV but this pedal isn't supposed to make you sound like him or anyone. Delivers a fuzz tone you can dial in and does it well. In previous days I had 3 of these in my pedalboard thanks to a set list at the time and I don't like adjusting pedals at gigs so I bought 2 more. Down to just 2 right now, one light on gain to do rhythm on a Alice Cooper song and one at full gain for a few solos and to add a little punch overtop other distortion when I feel groggy. Great pedal in my opinion, know what you are wanting before you get it as is with everything. If you run this through a decent tube Amp you can get close to a SRV tone but unfortunately you will still sound like you playing guitar. You won't magically be able to play couldn't stand the weather with this either. You will still have to practice, sorry guys/gals

Classic!
I already have one of these and love it. Talking to my younger brother on a visit and he's started playing guitar. He had heard about the legendary TS-9 so I told him I would loan him mine. Instead, I just bought him one he could keep. Sweetwater delivered it and he's loving the pedal!
