Delivers Isolated Power to 7 Pedals

The CIOKS DC7 packs a 7-outlet isolated power supply into a minuscule 1-inch form factor. This versatile power supply offers four different voltages on each outlet, enabling it to power nearly any pedal, along with a 5-volt USB outlet and a 24-volt auxiliary outlet. Comprehensive metering alerts you to the status of each outlet, the status of the unit, and your total power load. This feature-packed power supply comes with 12 Flex cables for connecting your stompboxes, and its universal mains input works anywhere in the world. If you need a low-profile isolated power supply for your pedalboard, it’s hard to beat the CIOKS DC7.

Packs a feature-rich 7-outlet power supply into a 1-inch profile

Supplying your pedalboard with isolated power doesn’t necessitate a bulky power supply. Within the CIOKS DC7’s tiny 1-inch profile lurks a 2-stage switch-mode power supply with low-noise multi-stage filtering. Its seven isolated DC outlets boast six watts each, or 660mA at 9V if you want us to be specific. Each outlet is switchable between 9V, 12V, 15V, or 18V, enabling you to feed juice to just about any stompbox out there. You also get a 5V USB outlet for charging your smartphone or tablet, and a 24V auxiliary output for expansion via CIOKS 4 or CIOKS 8 units. At Sweetwater, we’ve found the CIOKS DC7 to be among the most feature-rich pedalboard power supplies out there, especially for its size.

Advanced LED monitoring keeps you on top of everything

The CIOKS CD7 is jam-packed with advanced LED monitoring. Individual status LEDs on each outlet remain lit under normal conditions, dim when you reach the upper limits of the outlet’s voltage, and shut off upon overload. A global status LED inside the CIOKS logo’s “O” warns you if you exceed the unit’s 48W power limit. A 3-LED true power meter gives you at-a-glance confirmation of your total power load — no LEDs means you’re below 40%, a green LED means you’re above 40%, simultaneous yellow and green LEDs mean you’ve exceeded 70%, and when you’ve hit 90% all three LEDs light up.

Included Flex cables:

  • 7 x Standard Flex type 1 — black with 5.5mm/2.1mm center-negative DC plug
  • 1 x Standard Flex type 2 — red with 5.5mm/2.1mm center-positive DC plug
  • 1 x Standard Flex type 4 — green with 5.5mm/2.5mm center-positive DC plug
  • 1 x Standard Flex type 5 — black with tip positive 3.5mm Jack plug
  • 1 x Split Flex type 1 — powers 2 pedals off a single outlet
  • 1 x 3-way daisy-chain Flex type 1 — powers 3 pedals off a single outlet

No more noise!!!

Was having lots of noise and hum with my old one spot wall wart…this solved my noise issues and I can run any voltage pedals I want since each output is selectable, 9,12,15 or 18 volts. I finally can run my Friedman BE OD at 18 volts and it sounds marvelous!!! This fits my Pedaltrain Metro perfectly! Fits most others too except Nano. Multi length cables make it nice and tidy underneath too. Highly recommend!!! 5 stars!!! Sweetwater rules, best customer service in the biz!!!

Pedal Board Power Supply

Cioks DC7 is working perfectly and operating according to expectations. It powers the HX Stomp and my whole board.

Glad someone suggested CIOKS DC7 to me, my best power supply ever.

A mid-major sound production company owner suggested the CIOKS DC7 to me. So glad he did. I'll keep this review simple.

My use: Solo Acoustic pedalboard. The CIOKs DC7 currently powers 8 pieces of equipment using 3 different voltages.

Star Score (1-5, 5 best)
Price: 3.5 (this is not a VALUE score, I know what it is like to shop for power supplies and even have purchased some budget supplies. It is hard to get your mind around spending hundreds of dollars on a power supply, until you, then you realize how much time and energy you wasted on the less costly options)
Value: 8 (Not a typo and I know my scale only goes to 5, but for every product CIOKs has thought of and makes available anything you could possibly use the piece for)
Durability/Ruggedness: 5 (300 indoor/outdoor shows, not a single issue)
Versatility: 5

Pros:
*Plenty of voltage options
*7 connections
*Power usage indicators (so you don't go over)
*Toons of cables in the box
*IEC Power Cable (not a special power adaptor, or supply, regular "computer" or speaker power cord connectio9n)
*USB power outlet (I use to power my phone)
*If the cables in the box aren't what you need, more than likely, you can order the cable or an adaptor. There website is awesome BTW.
*the cables are durable quality, not cheap
*i Love the RCA connections CIOKS uses as the out connector. I power a piece that is not on my pedalboard, I used a 6' RCXA male to female and then used the supplied connector to connect the piece, works just fine!
*Compact size so easy to find a place on the board to "hide" it.
*I have experienced no "interference" or "hum" related to the DC7-so it and its cables are well isolated/insulated.

Cons:
*I can't seriously list any here.

In closing, buy one, i can't imagine you wont be happy with it.

Just what I needed

I bought a DAddario Expnd pedalboard. But I needed a power supply to power my pedals. I had a Pedaltrain Spark but it didn't fit under the board. I found out about the Cioks and ordered it from Sweetwater. It it fit like a glove. It was the perfect size and it had more than enough output jacks for my stuff. The Spark was fine for my previous Nano+ and it worked fine for that configuration but not for the DAddario. So I'm very happy the Cioks. Thanks to Sweetwater and the Mason at Vertex for recommending this........And kudos to Patrick Dennis my Sweetwater guy.....he's helped out many times......

Low Places

So I bought a D'Addario XPND pedal board (Small)
because I only planed on a few basic pedals. Shortly thereafter I realized un-plugging various pedals every time I stepped away so batteries wouldn't drain was a PIA and I surely didn't want a collection of AC adapters as well.

CIOKS DC7 certainly can handle my little board and then some. Also expandable !! My concern was fitment. Not a lot of room to work with under a single row board. Even the velcro takes up valuable space.
It Fit !! ... well kinda sorta ... The high side rubber feet are adjustable for height on the board but the low side feet are not. However there is just enough thread on the screws to place a Fender Strap Lock washer to raise it 1/8". Just. Yes !!! I placed the DC7 as far forward as i could and with no room to spare the pedal board sets flat on the floor with the DC7 under it. Very Happy. Lots of wires/plugs at different lengths to keep it neat and orderly. So far all my pedals are 9v and I just ordered a volume pedal that is 15v. No problem there either. Flip a tiny switch for that one pedal. A Shoutout to Matt Zuleger and Sweetwater for a wealth of information and help. It's
nice to buy the right stuff first time around.
