My Ultimate support stand
It's light, solid and elegant, I really liked it and my Roland Juno DS 88 feels very stable and safe in the, I recommend it, excellent product.
Amazing
Its awesome, lightweight, durable, cheap, easy to setup, and just looks professional!
Works for Me.
I use two of these to perch two A-49s on top of the kronos LS 88 that is the second tier of my keyboard setup. Don't even need to use the extensions. Perfect height, easy to use, and sturdy. Love them!
Good
It's really good and lightweight
flimsy, weak construction
Breaks easily. Microphone boom mount is attached by metal screws to a soft plastic base, which broke off during adjustment of the boom. Bad idea to try and anchor a piece of plastic to a steel column with steel screws. The bracket which mounts the arms that hold the keyboard allows the keyboard to tilt left or right. Scary situation.
Don’t Waste your Money
The stand is weirdly constructed. You have to use the two supplied thumbscrews in order to assemble the stand, which is awkward, but that"s not the worst part.
The top of the stand where the boom attachment is turns out to be a very poor construction. Started coming apart, and I had to purchase some fender washers at the hardware store in order to secure the top. In order to save time adding and removing the boom stand, I bought a Quick connect and install it on the unit.
Yesterday at a routine gig, I came back from break to find that the boom stand had fallen off because the flimsy plastic on the top of the stand had given way. I am very careful with my Quitman, and I have some stance going back 30 years that still work like the day I bought them.
The stand is still usable is a keyboard stand, but I decided to go with a standard mic stand with boom. With all the choices for stands out there, it"s best not to make this particular standard option if you"re looking for a new one.
