A unique Tilt control blends bright and normal sounds, while switchable power enables high-output sounds at any volume. The Origin ORI20C is a no-frills gateway to classic Marshall tone.

Code 20 Combo
I researched amp before purchase and it lives up to the glowing reviews. Only thing I would change is the effects loop. It's foot switchable and could be an issue without the foot pedal.
Marshall amp, great sound
I've never owned a Marshall amp before but I thought I'd give this a try. Very clean sounding, no buzz hum or noise other than my guitar. The 'crunch' organic doesn't produce as much as I'd like, but I'm still very happy with the overall clean sound. Thinking of buying another one for stereo use WTH my guitar. I'd buy this without reservation.
Cream Combo has the Tone
Had a Marshall 20 watt head maybe a year ago and sold it for a 5 watt model. Both did not sound good. Maybe it was my speaker? Fast forward to today. Thought I would try the new Cream Tolex Combo. Glad I did. The Amp has ample head room as well as dynamic depth. It also is not raspy. Great amplifier.
Great amp, wonderful platform on which to build
I wanted a tube amp with some built in attenuation since I use it exclusively in my home. Even on the low setting, it can be tough to get it to bark with the volume low. I will probably add a master volume like the JHS black box to the effects loop so I can push the tubes harder. Speaking of the effects loop, this amp handles pedals very well that way. I think the amp's best attribute is that the unmodified sound seems very real. Making it a good platform for adding one's own signature sound to.
It's a vast improvement!
Bought a Origin 20 combo from a local store it sounded OK but lacks bass. Had Nace Amp with a 12" greenback in it so I hooked it up to the Origin boy what a difference. So I was pretty confident a 10" Greenback would sound better so I ordered one from Sweetwater and Brandon Younglao was the salesman had it here in like 3 days. Now the Amp sounds way better it has bass response now and less ice pick highs. This Amp really should come with a Greenback otherwise it's just a Treble'y mess.
