Hello this is Jim. I'm privileged to say that I've been with Sweetwater since there were three of us in the basement of the owner's house. In those days, my office actually doubled as the laundry room! Many things have changed in the going on 25 years I've been here. The training process is now FAR more comprehensive. Our training manual in the early days had just one sentence. "Do what is right for the customer."
Over these many years my primary focus has shifted to the post-secondary educational market and corporate accounts. I cherish the relationships I've built over the years and look forward to many years to come. The only downside to working with so many great educators over so many years is more and more keep adding Emeritus to their titles.
