Stainless steel also offers a great feel and balance, with the added benefit of better corrosion resistance (ideal for humid climates). Phosphor bronze strings tend to generate warmer, more organic tones. And if you’re looking for something less conventional, check out some of our coated strings. Strings with coatings typically last longer and are less prone to corrosion than uncoated strings.
