Vintage tone and modern tempo control

The JHS Unicorn's all-analog circuitry and photocell modulator deliver glorious vintage-vibed tones that digital just can't conjure. A detented Speed knob lets you dial in precise 1/4 note, 1/8 note, dotted 1/8 note, and triplet rhythms unavailable in most vibrato/chorus pedals. Use the Unicorn's expression/tap tempo jack to control the speed remotely and precisely. You can even control the tempo via other pedals like the Panther Cub Delay, or take control of other pedal's tempo setting with the Unicorn.

Great Pedal

This is the best sounding Univibe I've ever heard. The guitarist in my band has one and let me borrow it for a few weeks andI was blown away. JHS hit this one out of the park.
Music background: gigging musician

Very cool

Saved my butt on a recording where I needed the vibe effect in time with the song and the rhythm section was already done tracking. I have an excellent Univibe clone that I built (the Neovibe), but just could not keep it in sync with the song. Ordered this. Sweetwater got it to me quick.Sounds great. Easy to use. The ratio knob is a cool feature. The wet/dry switch labeling is a little weird. Why not just chorus/vibrato? Being able to use the expression pedal jack with a rocker or external tap switch is awesome and the fact that it can be a tap output for another device is genius. The color and unicorn graphic is a little ridiculous looking, but hey, it sounds good. It's not cheap, but it shouldn't be. There's nothing else exactly like it yet.
