Simplified streaming, recording, and more
With Blackmagic ATEM gear, livestreaming is just as easy as recording. The device features a built-in hardware streaming engine with ethernet output. Computer software essentially detects the mixer's output as a single webcam signal, which lets the mixer stream via Facebook, YouTube, and other major platforms (as well as work with common streaming software such as Open Broadcaster and XSplit Broadcaster).
Mobile data and external recording
Lost in the woods and need to send an S.O.S.? You could call the authorities. But if you have cell service, you could hook up the ATEM Mini Extreme to your mobile phone and stream using cell data. In short, anywhere you have cell service can be turned into a livestream! All about that audio
The ATEM Mini Extreme can connect both desktop and lapel microphones to its dual independent 3.5mm stereo audio inputs. You’ll easily be able to monitor sound via the rear panel’s headphone output and control the audio levels with dedicated buttons on the Mini’s face. You’ll also benefit from a Fairlight audio mixer for robust audio control and seamless mixing between all your sources. Each input channel sports extensive audio controls including 6-band EQ, a robust compressor, a limiter, a noise gate, full stereo panning, and more.
