Functional
I got one of these last year for a "bargain bass" I purchased (at Sweetwater, of course)…it does what it's supposed to do…didn't cost much, and I realized I was more apt to pick-up the instrument when it's "staring" at you and not hiding in the case. So, I just purchased two more for my other guitars. I think I paid less now than I did a year ago! I was wondering why the lower cradle wasn't stationary…guess it doesn't matter.

Prefect stand for the price
These stand are great for any guitar. I have three of them and they are sturdy and a very good value.
A nice quality, affordable stand
I like the Rok-it brand tubular guitar stands because they are quick and easy to assemble out of the box and they stand the test of time. The price is right, which makes it an even more attractive buy. Fits a full sized concert dreadnought just as well as a short scale kid's electric. Versatile, sturdy, and simple. I use mine for storing project guitars while they are awaiting parts. Buy one or five, you won't be disappointed.
Sturdy, Stabile, Versatile, Handy.
I own three guitar stands and I have to say that this is my favorite because of many tiny little things that add up little by little to make it better than the others. The extendable neck support it padded with delightfully soft foam that is not only really gentle on the instruments but also holds the strap, keeping it off the ground, which makes it just that little bit more handy than the others. Stability is also very good, never did I fear my istruments could accidentaly be bumped into and fall to the ground.

It comfortably and securely holds every kind of guitar that I own: electric, acoustic, clasicaly, bass, and even Ukelele (although height adjustment is necessary if you don't want your ukelele to end up like mine (see pics).

The only drawback I can think of and it's a ridiculous nitpick is that the part of the stand that holds the guitar body is rotary and can be fiddly to rest the instrument on straight occasionally as opposed to slanted to a side.

All in all, great!

Just What I Needed
I have a Martin SC-13e, which has an offset body shape, so I wanted a stand that had flexible positions for the lower bout but that also supposed the neck.

This stand has been perfect for that. A number of other stands have a fixed lower support, which is fine for most guitars but leaves my SC sitting a bit awkwardly. But this stand lets my SC sit comfortably while keeping it well supported and easily accessible.
