Great deal, great device, easy to setup and works perfectly.

I purchased this because it was on sale and I got it at a good price point. I will say I experienced dropouts, they were very short, as some others have mentioned, but I being the reason it was dropping out was because the unit was "shaking". At rehearsal when I put it on the padded carpet floor, the dropouts stopped. So for my performances, I put it in a padded case built for IEM transmitters and this is also helped with the dropouts. If I have a good line of site to my Sennheiser, I do not have a problem. We do play some pretty big stages too. I will say it with as much money as I've spent on equipment. I wish I would've gone with the top of the line stuff but for the price, I'm happy. I paid more for my ears that I did for the transmitter.

This is my 1st IEM equipment & it's a piece of gear I'll never go without now.

I've had issues for years with hearing myself performing clearly both in the solo setting and with band mates. Either I didn't like the way IEM's made me feel disconnected or depending on crowd noise I couldn't hear the monitors well. But my Sweetwater guy Mike put together the Sennheiser base station with the Westone AM x20 IEM ear set and it's perfect! Sweetwater and Mike hits a home run once again!!!!

Great IEM wireless system at a great price. The ability to easily scan frequencies to find an interference free one is a super useful feature, and it's so easy to adjust it. Sennheiser equipment is professional grade and it just works, right out of the box. Highly recommended.

And of course, Richard Whittington is the man! Excellent service and super nice guy.
