Updated Classic with a Singular Sound

Originally released in the 1980s and popularized in the 1990s by John Frusciante from the Red Hot Chili Peppers, the Ibanez WH10 Wah Pedal distinguishes itself from other wah pedals with its creamy filter sweeps, rich wooly tone, and incredible interaction with overdrive, distortion, and fuzz boxes. Guitarists at Sweetwater dig the WH10 for its full feature set, including a Depth knob for setting the intensity of the wah effect and a range switch to optimize it for bass or guitar. To capture the true essence of the original unit, the V3 edition resurrects the multiple feedback op-amp, which maintains consistent gain across frequency ranges for unmatched smoothness when sweeping the filter. And, the V3 adds some long-desired upgrades, such as switchable bypass and an ultra-durable, die-cast housing in lieu of the original’s notoriously fragile plastic enclosure. Boldly singular and packed with swagger, the Ibanez WH10 V3 is a different kind of wah that captures your attention and won’t let go!

Ibanez WH10 V3 Wah Pedal Features:

  • Upgraded V3 edition of a classic ’80s wah pedal
  • Set the intensity of the effect with the depth knob
  • Choose the ideal frequency range for guitar or bass
  • Multiple feedback op-amp maintains consistent volume when sweeping frequencies
  • Select between true bypass or buffered bypass
  • Housed in an ultra-durable, die-cast metal enclosure

Reviews

Ibanez Wh10 v3
This pedal pairs well with an overdrive, distortion and fuzz it gives you so many different phrases too. Best part is you can use it for either Guitar or bass and if you use the bass effect with the guitar it gives it this cool dropped octave sound that's a bit outta phase and sounds so sick. Love it

Amazing!
This wah pedal is absolutely amazing. I had pre ordered it in July and it came in a couple weeks ago. It makes sense with the global pandemic stuff but that's besides the point. When I turned that pedal on I felt like John Frusciante. It's amazing. There's a catch though. If you want the John Frusciante thing out of this pedal you need to have some gain in your signal from either an overdrive pedal or your amp. The pedal has depth knob on the side that adds gain. (I run depth at max). So if you run the pedal into a clean channel with no drive at all, there will be a significant volume
Jump. I cannot stress that enough. If you turn the depth knob down it works as a regular wah. Another thing about the pedal is the switch on it. It's kinda difficult to turn off and on but I just gotten used to it. I can't tell a difference between the true and buffered bypass switch. The guitar and bass switch is interesting. If you have it in bass mode the sweep of the sound is an octave lower. I used the bass switch on guitar and it was a cool sound . I haven't used the pedal on the bass and I don't think I will. Overall this pedal is well worth the wait and money! If you are looking for the Frusciante sound it absolutely nails it.

Classic wah sound
Love this pedal, gives you the funky classic wah sound…the bass switch is fun to use to get different tones. Adjustable tone knob is a great bonus too
An Amazing Clean Wah Wah Pedal Quiet And No Noise On It's Studio Quality!

Best wah I've ever used.
I've had Dunlop, vox, line 6, even expensive boutique wahs like an RMC. But this one is the best to my ears. It can seem a bit subtle at times, but it's very tweakable. Plus it's not huge and heavy. Looks cool, and has that frusciante mojo.
