This electric guitar’s body is built from a solid slab of alder, which is a balanced-sounding wood with classic tonal characteristics. Charvel then carved the alder into a smaller-sized Dinky shape, then DeMartini-ized it with attention-grabbing cross decals and the famous James Dean quote, “Too fast to live, too young to die,” in French. The Warren DeMartini USA Signature Frenchie includes a heel-mount truss rod adjustment wheel for easy fine-tuning, along with rock-solid Gotoh die-cast tuning machines and easy-to-grab dome-style control knobs.
