Reviews

Love these
I've read reviews saying "wouldn't use them live" but I do. I use them for everything, home practice , band rehearsal, live... Never once had any problem.

Awesome product and so easy to use.
Sounds great. Love my 80's EAGLES Kramer

Excellent wireless guitar system
I'm very happy with my recently purchased Xvive U2 digital wireless guitar system. While I don't have the notoriously sensitive ears of a bat, so far as I can tell there is no difference in sound between this wireless system and a high quality cable. I've made the comparisons using single coil and humbucker pickups, and using tube and solid state amps, and there just isn't an appreciable difference in sound. Further, in my experience the transmitter and receiver pair up instantly and seamlessly, I haven't experienced any signal dropout or interference, the operating range is excellent, and I haven't been able to pick up on the miniscule latency. The system's lithium-ion batteries are good for a few hours of playing, and charge up quickly (~1 hr) using the included USB two-in-one cable. I also purchased the optional strap holder, and it is nice and works fine, but I've found that the holder isn't necessary, since the transmitter stays conveniently out of the way when plugged into either my Stratocaster or my G&L ASAT (T-style) guitar (note that the instructions indicate that the strap holder is necessary if you use active pickups).

Great System. Reliable and Strong signal.
I was impressed with the Quality and the Signal of the Xvive U2 Wireless system. Its the Perfect Unit for any live situation Small or Big stage the unit does the job. I also will recommend it to use in the studio or will practicing its definitely more comfortable and you don't gotta worry about a cable lying around on the floor.
The construction seems to be sturdy and it seems that will last.

Amazing Wireless Guitar System
I will start with Sweetwater's customer service: It is second to none, but you all know that. Communication is great from start to finish. It gives the customer the feeling of being valued.

Onto the product: I purchased the Xvive Digital Wireless Guitar System because I was sick of toting a cable all around the room while I was working out (old guys tend to trip on cables and rugs. Not me, of course. OTHER old guys). I saw this and thought that with the price being as reasonable as it was, that this may one of those moments Mom always warned me of: "If it looks to good to be true, it probably is". No this time Mom!

Unboxing, I noticed both the transmitter an receiver were a bit smaller than I expected. I expected something bulky, but they are very nicely sized (see my pics). They came with a cool "Y" connector cable to use when charging. You can charge them both with one cable!! You will need a charge plug for the cable, as that wasn't included. After unboxing, I played for two hours without charging it and neither battery died on me. I haven't yet had a chance to fully charge and see how long it lasts.

Use: Simple to set up. You have a choice of several wireless channels. If both units are on the same channel, they work flawlessly. I plugged the transmitter into the guitar and the receiver into the first pedal on the board. Within 3 seconds....MUSIC to my ears. I worked through the channels and the devices synched up instantly. Very smooth and quick. All pedals in the chain functioned as expected.

Sound: I honestly believe the sound is less muddy using the wireless system. Very crisp, clear, with no outside interference (a la Spinal Tap). I can walk anywhere in the house and not miss a chord or note screaming through the Marshall. Haven't tried it outside to see how far I can go, but I watched a dude on YouTube walk about 75 feet away before he lost connectivity.

This is a very impressive little system for the money. I am happily impressed.
