A Console Graphic for Your 500 Series Rack
Purple Audio's take on the console graphic equalizer, the Tav 500 Series EQ module gives you ten bands to play with. Each band employs a high-quality inductor and carefully selected capacitors to set the center frequency. When you dime boost or cut, the Q is narrow enough so that the bands are useful individually, however at lower settings the Q broadens out for more subtle shaping. With its all-discrete signal path and specialized input and output transformers, the Tav delivers gobs of headroom, even at full boost.
