Billy Corgan’s Signature Stadium Tone — at Your Feet

Designed in collaboration with alt-rock legend Billy Corgan, the Laney Supergrace Loudpedal is a 60-watt amplifier pedal that melds the modern high-gain precision of the Carstens Grace with the raw, British-flavored muscle of the Laney Supergroup. This pedalboard-ready beast straddles two distinct sonic worlds — articulate, harmonic-laden clarity for clean to extreme gain on the Grace side, and uncompressed, aggressive crunch with tight low end on the Supergroup side — both faithfully re-created from their namesake amplifiers. Additionally, you get a flexible EQ section, a footswitchable Boost feature, and onboard reverb for quick, intuitive tone shaping. Moreover, the Supergrace Loudpedal features LA-IR-equipped DI outputs, bolstered by preloaded IRs of Billy’s preferred cabinets, while USB-C connectivity supplies you with latency-free audio streaming to your DAW. You can also run backing tracks through the 3.5mm Aux In jack, switch all footswitchable features via MIDI CC, and practice silently through headphones. A transformer-balanced effects loop, dual line-level outputs, and a flexible Loudspeaker output sweeten the pot further. Players seeking to harness stadium-ready tones without compromise will revel every time they stomp on the Supergrace Loudpedal.

Dual-channel power: Grace meets Supergroup

Combining two celebrated amplifier voices in one compact unit, the Supergrace Loudpedal puts access to two distinct tonal worlds squarely under your feet. The Grace channel, designed alongside the original amp’s creator Brian Carstens, delivers articulate tones with massive headroom, dynamic touch sensitivity, and rich harmonic detail for everything from crystalline cleans to extreme high-gain cacophony. The Supergroup channel, on the other hand, churns out the raw, uncompressed British-tinged aggression that defined early metal, replete with open, unfiltered crunch, tight lows, and exceptional midrange presence. At Sweetwater, we’re duly impressed by the true-to-life, organic character of the Supergrace Loudpedal. Its tones aren’t mere digital approximations; they’re faithful sonic translations of heritage amplifiers, engineered for players who demand authentic tone without compromise.

Cutting-edge LA-IR-equipped DI outputs and more

Primed and ready for modern touring and studio professionals, the Laney Supergrace Loudpedal brandishes LA-IR-equipped DI outputs, and it’s preloaded with Billy Corgan’s preferred IRs for incredible miked-cab tones — no speakers required. Meanwhile, the USB-C port provides you with latency-free audio streaming to your DAW. You also get a 3.5mm Aux In jack that’s perfect for running backing tracks, and you can switch all the pedal’s footswitchable features via MIDI CC. Additionally, the Supergrace Loudpedal features a headphone output for private listening, a transformer-isolated effects loop for seamless pedalboard integration, and dual line-level outputs for maximum routing flexibility. Finally, the Loudspeaker output accommodates a vast array of speaker cabinets.

Proudly built in Birmingham

Handcrafted in Laney’s Black Country Customs workshop in Birmingham, England, the Supergrace Loudpedal reflects the meticulous attention to detail that defines the brand’s legacy. Each pedal arrives in a premium presentation box complete with a power supply and a high-quality USB cable, underscoring its professional-grade build and thoughtful design. As Billy Corgan himself puts it, “It’s really solid; there’s so much body to the notes” — a testament to the uncompromising quality and tonal depth players can expect from this signature creation.

Reviews

Finally found the Pumpkins sound! This thing rocks!! Can't recommend it enough. Great clean, Great distortion, and reverb if you want it... what more can you ask for? Small and compact so it can fit on a pedalboard. It's very versatile... you can get many rock and clean sounds that will fit your needs. I'm in love. Thank you Billy, Laney, Brian Carstens, Black Country Customs. You knocked it out of the park with this one.

Astonishing
I can say without qualification that this is the single best bedroom amplifier I have ever tried. I run it into my twin Headrush minis, with both active and passive pickups. There are warm, saturated and articulate tones to be had, as well as the flatout gnarly. Both onboard cab sims are fantastic but I plan to try others. Also important to note; I am huge fan of the Pumpkins but I didn't get this to tone chase; it's capable of real versatility from modern to sludge (sludge is more my speed.) if you're tired of modeler choice fatigue and just want an intuitive workhorse. And, yes, if you're tired of like the Iommi stuff, it's very easy to dial those in. I can't wait to throw some more pedals on this and plug it into a real cab.
Worth the $$$
I've been a huge fan of the tones of Billy Corgan for decades. When my Supergrace Loudpedal arrived, I was blown away by the sounds it make without a single tube! I recently obtained my Holy Grail amp, a Marshall JCM 800 2203 with KT88's, similar to the one Billy Corgan used to record Siamese Dream. I have never been happier with the sounds I have been getting slamming pedals into the front of that amp. The Supergrace, however, holds its own against my 800 and I can't wait to start running both amps together in stereo. The Supergrace takes pedals extremely well and the ghost note thing with the Supergroup side that the've talked about in videos is pretty crazy. With my JHS OC71 Germanium Boost, it's Sabbath tones all day and all night.
