It's easy to connect the Profiler PowerRack to the amp you want to profile, hook up a microphone, capture the sound of that amp, and store it as a preset. If you're looking for an "all in the box" solution for every tone you could dream of that couldn't be closer to the originals, a seriously awesome community of incredible musicians sharing the same love for their craft as you all while being able to share profiled amps in an exclusive group that you can effortlessly load into your kemper? Great modeler and profiler.

Ingenious. So much in fact now there are others doing the same. It takes a minute or two to learn it but they make videos on how to use it. Then you can set it up to your qualifications and your guitar. But once you understand it, it becomes second nature. Tons of pro profiles and tons of profiles in general. If you look closely a lot of professional guitarists are using it. I mean top tier bands for top tier singers. Now it has a kabinet. I choose to use my amp's real guitar cabinet. Sounds awesome. Takes pedals great. Even high gain profiles, I throw in a distortion or overdrive pedal and it can take it. Or use profiles that are clean. Sounds beautiful or use medium gain.

Kemper 600 - watt power rack

The Kemper 600-watt power rack is an AWESOME power amp. I'm playing it through my Marshall cab and it sounds great with plenty of power. The many rigs that are already on there are playable without even tweaking them. The many parameters to the stomp boxes could keep one busy for awhile. I am totally satisfied with this unit. The only problem I have is the manual leaves A LOT to be desired. I could have written a better one than that.That being the only thing is most minor to this AWESOME unit.

Perfect Gift!!

I bought this for my husband and he absolutely loves it. He claims that it is the most awesome piece of equipment he's ever played. its going to be less taxing on him when he plays live now. He plays that tech death stuff, so I'll just take his word for it.

Kemper is the answer for searing tone home to stage!

I was introduced to modeling with the Marshall Code 50, then using Amplitube 4, Guitar Rig 5, and finally the Helix plugins. While they can give a descent sound, there was always warmth and certain string dynamics that was always missing no matter how much you tweaked presets, and a bit of midrange harshness that would not go away.

The profiler has the warmth and dynamics of a real tube amp and no midrange harshness that lesser quality modelers give you. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. The Kemper is like having an entire basement filled with every tube amp ever made! Now, I can go discover more tone options using other amps profiles that I would have never even thought about trying with just a press of a button. And when these tones can be tweaked to 99% accuracy of the actual hardware mic'd in just minutes, it becomes a no-brainer. An exceptional option for home recording and live gigs where you can bring your tone from home to stage. Just plug in and go!

I chose the 600 watt powered version so I can have that "amp in the room" feel with the Kabinet and use as a stage monitor while you can send the mains of the profiler to FOH.

The Kemper Forum community is top notch, and are quick to help with answers and tips to get the most out of your profiler.
