Vintage T-style Soul with S-style Swagger
Pete Anderson has been a force in country music for decades, lighting up the stage and studio as a guitarist, producer, and musical director for artists such as Dwight Yoakam, Tanya Tucker, Michelle Shocked, and many more. Known for his inspired T-style twang, Pete was tapped by Reverend to spec out a modern take on the country and rock ’n’ roll plank. Meet the Reverend Pete Anderson Eastsider S! It’s a classic T-style guitar with an S-style twist, including three single-coil pickups and a Wilkinson tremolo bridge. A chambered korina body, a roasted maple neck, a compound-radius fingerboard, stainless steel saddles, and hot-rodded electronics make this one of the most flexible and enjoyable hybrid T/S styles to play.

Custom-shop-level construction and detail
The Pete Anderson Eastsider S is teeming with richness and warmth, thanks to its chambered korina body. Korina, a medium-light tonewood with mahogany-like sonic characteristics, delivers all the resonance you can handle, along with a lively, responsive, and harmonic-laden sound that's guaranteed to inspire. This classically crafted electric boasts a roasted maple neck for an eye-grabbing look and added stability, along with a 6-bolt neck plate for added sustain and tuning consistency. The guitarists here at Sweetwater have found the Pete Anderson Eastsider S’s 10–14-inch compound-radius, 22-fret fingerboard to be among the most playable around. Finally, a hand-initialed, serial-numbered headstock lends a high-end, custom-shop vibe to this top-shelf electric guitar.

Twang’tastic pickups and premium electronics
Though born and raised in the Midwest, Pete Anderson is known for dishing out Southern-tinged twang, and the Eastsider S is loaded with Reverend’s Talnico bridge and Salnico middle and neck pickups for some seriously countrified tones with S-style sparkle. Producing a voice reminiscent of classic 1950s pickups with a modern heft and clarity, the Eastsider S’s pickup set is perfect for burning up a honky-tonk!
