Thanks to its patented removable neck system, Journey Instruments' Overhead travel guitar can be assembled and disassembled in a matter of seconds. It collapses to a size that can be carried-on to most commercial airplanes, and it fits into most overhead bin compartments. Moreover, this guitar includes a custom backpack that safely houses the OE990 in its disassembled state, but it can also be converted to serve as a standard gig bag when the guitar is fully set up.

While most travel guitars are forced to cut down on the instrument’s size and scale to save space, the OE990’s removable neck allows this guitar to retain both a standard scale and full-size body shape.
