As the successor of the popular Modern Pro guitar, the Modern Plus retains many of the same features, including an elliptical neck profile, an asymmetrical body, a sculpted neck heel, and a figured maple top. The basswood body is loaded with three Suhr pickups in an HSH configuration. Spanning sparkling cleans to edge-of-breakup dirt and scintillating distortion, this trio serves up high-output tones that are equally vintage and modern, making them flexible enough for any genre or project. Fine materials and impeccable craftsmanship

This guitar starts life as a slab of basswood, a longtime favorite among high-octane players. The basswood is married to a figured maple top for a dose of good looks and a tad more brilliance. Ample tonal firepower and flexibility
Suhr loaded this guitar with three pickups in an HSH configuration. An SSH+ humbucking bridge pickup gives you detailed, high-output tone that’s perfect for classic rock, metal, and everything in between. In the middle position, you’ll find a Suhr V60LP single-coil pickup. The V60LP benefits from a proprietary winding process that perfectly replicates the sweet, rounded tones from the S-style guitars from the 1960s. Finally, the neck position contains an SSV humbucker for vintage-tinged tones with improved clarity and definition.
