Juno Chorus for Your Guitar, Bass, or Keyboard

Tap into the classic Juno chorus sound with your guitar, bass, or synthesizer with the TC Electronic June-60v2 analog chorus pedal. This updated version features an upgraded circuit design for an enhanced performance and an authentic stereo output. Like its predecessor, the June-60v2 re-creates the chorus from the Juno-60, a synthesizer known for its rich sound and evocative modulation. The Juno-60 was used on countless hit songs from the '80s, as well as numerous cult movie themes from the era. Button I selects a slower chorus while button II selects a faster, deeper chorus — use both together to conjure a swirly dual chorus. Musicians at Sweetwater love the option of stereo operation — just use a Y cable (not included) for the output instead of an instrument cable. Complete with an ultra-rugged case, the TC Electronic June-60v2 is destined to become your new favorite chorus pedal.

TC Electronic June-60v2 Chorus Pedal Features:

  • Analog bucket brigade chorus pedal based on Juno-60 synthesizer
  • Updated version features an upgraded circuit design for an enhanced performance and an authentic stereo output2 buttons select 2 different chorus modes, or combine them for dual chorusing
  • Mono/stereo operation
  • True bypass switching
  • Rugged metal case holds up to repeated use

Reviews

Excellent for line level use reamp during mixing
I never found a VST plugin that sounded like real analog chorus, such as the old roland/boss chorus to use during mix (I'm a full time mix engineer) and when the June-60 V2 came out with its 4 different settings, 2 of which really nailed the original speed/depth, and works at line level so no need for a reamp box for this one, I had to get it. Now its inserted in every mix I do, on Bass, Keys... its just amazing to have the sound finally in my mixes again.

Great Chorus for that 80s Sound!
So I've had this for about 2 weeks now. On bass guitar going DI it's a treat. You get real 80s The Cure type vibes, and just sounds dark and atmospheric! Also I use this on my mono poly and it sounds very big! Playing it in Poly mode makes it more so lush. Guitar wise I find it ok, but mostly for single strings like playing a Joy Division Riff. This is all the the keyboard setting! It works on Bass Guitar in this mode well, and single strings! On chords for guitar I would recommend the fast setting if playing at a normal or fast speed.

Only gripes is the internal Keyboard Vs Guitar In line is a massive drop. So much so, I just left it on Guitar for everything in my chain. This way when hitting it off, you won't hear a too big a drop. There is a -2/-3db drop turning off. But if you are playing live and won't it to stay all same volume a compressor pedal will do the job.

Overall for the price I'm very satisfied for keyboard, and bad guitar! Would recommend for the price!
THE Chorus of ALL Chorus Pedals
PREFACE:
Over the last 5 years i have went down the rabbit hole of chorus pedals. In this time, I have acquired, tried, re-tried, and flipped: Ibanez CS5 (owned twice), Behringer UC200, Joyo Analog Chorus, DOD FX65, Boss super chorus, Boss CE5, Boss CE2w, Rocktek CHR-01 (owned twice), TC Electronic June 60 V1 (owned twice), Visual Sound h2O(V2 & V3), and the Danelectro 18V Cool Cat. Out of all of them the Boss CE2w (on the Ce1 Setting) was my favorite with the TC June 60 V1 coming in a VERY close 2nd, bc it was FULL, THICK, luscious Chorus.. HOWEVER, I would come back to the V1 of the June 60 bc it had something a bit richer and didn't warble as much, if that makes sense. The one drawback for me on the June 60 V1 was that the rate speed was too fast even on the 1st setting.

REVIEW:
So, I decided to give the June 60 V2 a shot to see if they had in fact made such a slower speed that it would change my mind on the pedal and MY OH MY... the June 60 V2 is THE best Chorus pedal I have tried to date. It is such a full sound and with both presets internally set on the slower rate it nails every 80s chorus sound with those 2 buttons.
The "I" setting is the perfect Purple Rain sound to a T! The "II" setting is Def Lepard's Hysteria chorus tone and slightly bit of a faster rate yet not warbly AT ALL. There is a very slight volume boost but it is not as pronounced as the V1. For instance, If the V1 had a 5db boost, the V2 is probable like a 3db boost and definitely fills the tone out.

After all of the chorus pedals I've tried, this is the one that will stay with me. I have let go of the rest and am 100% content with the June 60V2!

Exactly What I Wanted
We all love the Juno chorus.
Does this sound exactly like it? Probably not.
Does it sound awesome? Yes, yes it does.
Can take a simple synth patch and turn into thick stereo tastiness.
Super simple to use, looks great, decent price.
