The core of the Schecter BälSäc E-1 electric guitar is the mahogany, maple, and ebony set-neck design that has found a home with countless rock and metal guitarists worldwide. The tonewood combination offers a sound that has plenty of warmth and bark, but the maple delivers long sustain and a quick attack. You'll notice harmonics and transients explode from the ebony fretboard. However, Schecter is far from copying an old design.
