The smooth dual-chain, double-cam action of the Gibraltar 6711S's fast-touch pedalboard design provides you with remarkable playability, even while barefoot. It's also easy to use and set up. If your kick sounds too flabby, simply flip the 6711S's dual-surface beater to the plastic side for a nice, hard slap. Height adjustment is as easy as loosening the screw on top of the 6711's spring cam assembly, moving the beater where you want it, then locking it back into place. A durable steel rock stabilizer plate with spring-loaded spurs keeps your kick firmly in place (according to Gibraltar, the spurs also make an effective weapon - at Sweetwater, we don't encourage or endorse this practice).
