As a professional touring musician this has been a life saver.
I've been professionally touring for the past 3 years. And this case has made it so much more easier to send my basses in. They always arrive without a scratch and it has made it for me way less stressful when it comes to flying with two basses. I always check it and take the wheels off. It's been very durable and reliable.

Great design but doesn't arrive as advertised
I ordered the Kapsule Duo because I was looking for something that was not as heavy or hard to carry as a flight case but offered more protection than a gig bag for fly dates. The case is very well thought out, seems to be of good quality (I leave for Europe Tuesday I'll update once I can see how it fared), it has an external TSA ID badge with a unique number and a QR code which allows you to register it along with your personal info and a picture and description of the bag, the wheels are good quality and sturdy, the straps are comfortable and there are three handles which is cool for carrying it around. The storage pockets are perfect for strings cables and even some clothes just in case you arrive but your checked bag doesn't. Due to its size I imagine it will require being gate checked for most flights, the single guitar version may be a good size for a carry on.

My only complaint is that despite the advertising on gruv gear's website and the listing on Sweetwater stating that it comes with a tracking tag (like an air tag or samsung smart tag) with a free year of service form HomingPin what you actually get is a fake cardboard one that has a qr code that brings you to Gruv Gear's website where you can purchase one, even if you want to do that they are out of stock.

Overall I am happy with it, and I'm sure it will work great but the inaccurate description was disappointing.

DO NOT BUY THIS CASE
This case was a great idea very poorly executed by GruvGear, and importantly customer support will tell you to go F*** yourself rather than admit their faults.

They advise to remove the wheels for flight storage, however the plastic mounts that the wheels clip on to will IMMEDIATELY get damaged as it is made of a terrible cheap and soft-wearing plastic. One bump or scrape or if the case got dragged 5 meters and the wheels will never stay on the case ever again and be completely useless.

The bottom of the bag is also very weak and will wear through after light usage. The zips tend to get stuck after a while and when the wheels DO work they are highly unstable being too tall and too close together.

This case would be great if the wheels were intended into the case body and a) permanently attached and b) replaceable.

I asked GruvGear for help with my wheel mounts as they are completely ruined after only 8 short flights and they said it's not their problem and they won't help at all, leaving me with a $ broken plastic backpack that I cannot wheel around ... which means with two guitars and gear you are wearing 20-23kg on your back without use of the wheels.

DO NOT BUY THIS CASE AT ALL. GruvGear have really messed up here, buy the ENKI double guitar case instead. My other guitarist has toured the world using the ENKI and it is absolutely bulletproof - leaps and bounds above this offering from GruvGear. No serious touring musician should ever buy the Kapsule case.

Not very durable
After 4 round trip flights the main zipper was destroyed at the bottom. My last flight the wheel attachment apparatus was destroyed by caving into the case. Pretty much built exactly like a cheap piece of luggage. However, my guitars always arrived safe and unharmed however I don't see it lasting that much longer due to the abuse of airport baggage handlers. Overall this case is over priced and won't last or endure the rigors of life on the road. Great concept though. Needs to be made of more durable materials.
