High-quality audio and peace of mind
The SW8-USB's dual USB inputs with separate 24-bit/192kHz converters let you connect two computers in tandem, letting DAWs on both machines utilize the SW8-USB as an audio/MIDI interface. Start/stop synchronization is also possible between both computers via MTC, ensuring seamless switching between playback rigs with a minimum of equipment. Simply connect the balanced 1/4" analog outs to the PA system and engage the auto-switch mode, and the SW8-USB will switch instantly to the backup system in the event of an error. An optional Radial JR-2 footswitch may be employed to manually switch between inputs or to put the SW8-USB into standby mode between songs.
