Amazingly Reliable
I have an On-Stage KSP100 sustain pedal that I have been using for about five years now. I have played over 300 gigs in that space of time, and I use the sustain pedal a lot when I play. It has always performed flawlessly.
Last weekend, I was using a different, cheaper pedal, with a smaller set-up, and the sustain pedal broke at the end of the first set! The plastic pivot fulcrum snapped. No repairing that. It was really hard playing without a pedal, especially with only the one piano keyboard.
So I am ordering two of these - one to replace the cheap pedal that I broke, and one to replace the five-year-old pedal that I use almost all the time, just because I don't want to be stuck again. I will hold on to my old pedal, saving it as a back-up, but I don't expect to need it.
Thank you, On-Stage, for doing good work.
Music background: Lifelong musician, still playing and still enjoying it.

Great pedal!
This does just as expected. Has great spring to the pedal and works great with my keyboard. Remember that you may need to flip the switch on the bottom. Out of the box, it was working backwards. Flipped the switch and all was good.

Works Great!
The On-Stage KSP100 Universal Keyboard Sustain Pedal works well. Smooth resistance, stays put, easy to plug in and play. I'm glad I purchased this for my Kawai ES120 digital piano. I like how similar it is to my acoustic upright piano in appearance and usage.
Music background: Piano, clarinet, beginner guitar

Great for Yamaha DD75 portable drumset!
Off the beaten a path a little, but this sustain pedal also works great as a hi hat controller for the Yamaha DD75! It's far cheaper than a Yamaha Switch Hi-Hat Controller and just as sturdy!

Works as it should
I'm using the Akai MPK 261 controller for producing my own music. I needed a sustain pedal that would work well with the MPK 261 and virtual instruments. This pedal reacts just like a real acoustic piano sustain pedal. Expressiveness is now perfectly acquired with any Virtual instrument I load up in a track on my DAW. It's comfortable, long enough chord to reach around my desk to the back of the MPK261 and doesn't move once in place. Great pedal. Many thanks to Frank Gerts for helping with his professional advice. This pedal is worth every penny.
Music background: Drummer/percussionist, composer, and firefighter.
