The SKB 3i1813-7-TMIX waterproof TouchMix 8 or 16 case is constructed of molded high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin, with a gasketed water- and dust-tight design that's highly impact- and corrosion-resistant. The SKB 3i1813-7-TMIX includes a continuous molded-in hinge, a trigger release latch system, an over-molded rubber grip handle for comfort, and an automatic ambient pressure equalization valve. Customized puzzle foam with space for your power supply is included. Sized to comply with airline regulations, the SKB 3i1813-7-TMIX is made to go practically anywhere!

Our band picked one of these up for our Touchmix 16. It fits the mixer perfectly. There's a small area under the mixer where your iPad and other various other small parts you usually need can be stored. The latches close nicely and I get the feeling this thing can handle just about anything you could throw at it. It's also waterproof. Highly recommended!

The case that the QSC TouchMix 16 comes with did NOT look sturdy at all. The TM16 is an awesome board so I wanted something equally awesome to protect it. I already owned 3 other SKB cases for various wireless microphones that I have. I've owned these cases for years so I can attest to their durability. They're waterproof, dust proof and built like a TANK!!! My QSC Touchmix 16 fits very snug in this case and I feel confident that if I were to drop the case with my mixer inside, the mixer would be juuuust fine (not that I plan on dropping it...but I HAVE dropped my other mics in SKB cases and they still work fine). In my opinion, SKB makes some of the most sturdy cases on the market.

If you get a Touchmix, go on and get this at the same time. Being able to store the ipad on the bottom deck in this case and the Touchmix on the next deck is genius I say. Fantastic and well worth the money.

Sometimes I just need the TouchMix, hard drive, and some patch cables to record a show. That's when this case is just right. The cut-out for an iPad didn't take into account the iPad's protective case, so I had to cut that out some, but overall it's a great way to protect my gear and get it in and out of the venue undamaged.
