Authentic 909 Toms for Your Eurorack Rig!
The Tiptop Audio TOMS909 module brings the legendary sound of the all-analog 909 toms circuits to your Eurorack system. This 16HP module is loaded with three tom voices — low, mid, and high — that sound like they came from a 909 fresh off the factory floor! While they retained the authentic character of the original circuits, Tiptop Audio built in more flexibility by extending the tuning range of the tom voices and equipping them with independent accent controls, which doubles as a volume boost when no cables are patched into the input jacks. Each tom voice includes a gate input, an accent input, and an audio output; there’s even a summed output, which synthesists at Sweetwater appreciate for creative applications or when they’re running short on mixer inputs. Additionally, you can manually alter the tuning of the tom voices or use CV modulation sources for dynamic tuning manipulation!
