A Mini VCO Module with Mighty Oscillations!
Don’t be fooled by its ultra-compact 14HP 1U format: the Intellijel VCO 1U packs a surprising wallop. This pint-sized analog oscillator serves up four simultaneous pure waveforms (sine, triangle, square, and sawtooth), which can operate at audio and LFO rates — meaning it’s a highly flexible modulation source as a well as a sound source. The VOC 1U includes a 3-position octave switch, a pitch knob with a 3-octave range in VCO mode, and a 7-octave range in LFO mode (which jumps to 11 octaves with the octave switch). A handy bi-color LED rate indicator gives you fast visual feedback for the oscillator rate, and there’s a SYNC input for hard syncing the module to a variety of trigger waveforms.
