I am a novice tinkerer, and decided to replace the pots of a Chibson Les Paul project I'm working on with my 10-year old. I went with a solderless setup since I anticipate testing a few more pickups so we can dial in the sound. I really didn't know what to expect with this kit, and low key I was not expecting much... Lo and behold, it is such a DRASTIC change in tone, it's like the guitar woke up from a long rested nap and the Seymour Duncan pickups I had in there (that sounded like a tin can with the stock crappy pots) suddenly lit on fire and now screams! I never thought the pots would make such a huge difference. I would buy this kit all over again, it is a real game changer on my Chibson LP!

PS, its advisable to open up the back and see if you need short or long shaft pots. I assumed all LP bodies would use a long shaft, but my copy had an extremely thin top and I had to use spacers (thankfully I have a 3D printer). Also plan on buying new knobs, they won't fit these new fatter pots!

Great quality and works great!

I called and asked and made sure it fit Epiphone guitars it does not fit Epiphone guitars. They only give you one securing bolt for each potentiometer when you need two to secure a long shaft properly, I don't think this one is good.
