Simplified my gigs
Here was my challenge: My instruments are wired TRS, with the two pickups going through the separate channels. I like to perform with a Headrush Pedalboard and Gigboard, both of which take TS inputs. I had two gigs this weekend where I knew I (A) didn't want to spend time plugging and unplugging instruments, and (B) wanted to simplify my setup with just a single pedalboard. Solution: I bought this cable, which kept both instruments plugged in and combined them into a single TRS. Then I plugged that into an AFX Pocket Blender to mix them down to a TS signal, which went into my Pedalboard. Simple setup, simple breakdown, and sounded good in between.

Lowest Cost
It does the job and I don't have any problems. I own two of them

Doesn't work well with TRS cables
Description says the female connections are TRS. When I use TRS 1/4" cables, I get very little sound, and the sound that I do get is extremely noisy. There seems to be something iffy with the connection because any movement in the cables will cause a very loud static noise.

I can get decent sound using unbalanced 1/4" TS cables with this connector. Though it is noisy with certain devices.
