Yamaha Expander Amp for MusiCast Systems
Yamaha’s XDA-AMP5400RK multi-room amplifier is designed to be used in conjunction with the company’s XDA-QS5400RK Quad Streamer amp to expand speaker coverage or increase power for custom-integrated whole-home audio systems. Providing eight channels of audiophile-quality Class D amplification, the XDA-AMP5400RK can also be used with Yamaha A/V receivers that have Zone preamp outputs for expanding speaker coverage to additional zones.
Scalable amplification for multi-room audio
The Yamaha XDA-AMP5400RK is compatible with the MusicCast multi-room audio system, which facilitates integration with home theater A/V receivers, sound bars, and hi-fi equipment in various configurations. The XDA-AMP5400RK provides inputs for four stereo amplifier channels as well as trigger and IR I/O.
