The rebirth of Washburn’s Wing Series
Washburn’s Wing Series, originally conceived as a collection of player-focused guitars, was known for top-notch performance and elevated features. Though only produced from the 1970s through the mid-1980s, the Wing Series carved out a place in music instrument history, with notable players such as John Fogerty, Bob Marley, and Nancy Wilson incorporating these instruments into their respective catalogs. While original models have achieved cult-classic status and are increasingly difficult to find, the new Wing Series SH35 honors Washburn's original intention: to craft performance-focused guitars accessible to all players.
