The Roland WM-1 gives you the ability to connect your MIDI-enabled devices to your computer or tablet wirelessly, including hardware synthesizers, keyboard controllers, drum machines, and sequencers. However, if you’re on a PC and want to tap into wireless MIDI via the WM-1, you’ll need the Roland WM-1D USB wireless dongle. It’s easy to use: simply plug it into to your computer and connect to up to four total MIDI devices equipped with WM-1 interfaces. The WM-1D also allows both PC and Mac/iOS users to take advantage of fast mode, which takes the latency down to an imperceivable 3ms, so you won’t experience any lag that could throw off a performance.
