Italian Design, Digital Versatility, Premium Sound
Dexibell operates with a straightforward philosophy: “innovation, tradition, and passion without compromise.” The VIVO H10 digital upright piano is a prime example of the company's penchant for crafting a preeminent fusion of vintage-style craftsmanship and new-world technology. Take advantage of the preloaded suite of Platinum sounds as you tickle the synthetic ivories of all 88 gradually weighted, hybrid wood keys. If you’re really looking to flex your compositional muscles, the VIVO H10 is capable of unlimited polyphony, all played back through its 4-amp, 15-speaker Val di Fiemme–constructed system, controlled by four powerful DSPs. Dexibell designs its pianos with its T2L (True 2 Life) sound modeling engine, allowing you to immerse yourself in the near-limitless expressive possibilities of multiple pedal outputs and 3-point key contacts, all at an industry-leading 24-bit/48kHz quality. Lifelike design and acoustic comforts
The caliber of quality executed by Dexibell is not just a matter of physicality, but the nuances of feel and interrelationship of tactile dimensions that comprise the emergent experience of playing an acoustic piano. All 88 hybrid wood keys are designed with graded weighting and feature three contacts each, as well as individual key calibrations and escapements (the “plop” of a key being pressed that indicates the hammer has fallen back). High-definition T2L audio is bolstered through seven variations of predefined sensitivity curves, which can be adjusted to fine-tune the keyboard to your needs. Hear the lifelike, 360-degree diffusion of the digital piano’s 15-speaker system via the masterfully designed spruce soundboard, sourced from Italy’s Val di Fiemme region — historically known for producing the trees that yielded the famous Stradivarius instruments.
A symphony of sonic opportunities
Dexibell’s onboard library comprises 125 sounds (and unlimited loadable sounds via USB memory connection), including the company's Platinum sounds collection, which was carefully reproduced with the T2L sampling and modeling engine at 24-bit/48kHz. The VIVO H10’s unlimited polyphony allows it to be split into a 4-hands mode and a 3-layer mode, permitting partial or full stacking of up to a trio of different sounds in any or all of the keyboard’s zones. Individual parameters of each sound can be edited and adjusted both on the fly and in the sound bank, allowing you to save presets and modify levels directly on the H10 or through the VIVO Editor app (connected via Bluetooth). Historic and modern pianos, stringed instruments, brass, synths, vocals, and more can all be effortlessly utilized to the fullest extent of the H10’s mechanical capacities, routed through numerous effects, adjustable tunings, and layered configurations.
In-depth T2L modeling
The T2L system innovates in how it faithfully and carefully captures timbre and texture qualities, allowing them to be articulated back through the multi-contact weighted keys, accommodating an array of play styles. Each parameter of every sound can be individually adjusted live or saved for a preset, played on its own or when layered/split. Waveforms and DAC conversion are produced at a 24-bit/48kHz quality for uncompromising clarity. Editable parameters (depending on the referent) include: hammer noise, key off noise, damper noise, string resonance, damper resonance, cabinet resonance, bell, click, growl, off noise, and on noise. With brass, strings, pads, choir, and synths, attributes like ASDR, ride, amp noise, string noise, key noise, polyphony, blow, and pluck can be adjusted and saved. The T2L engine also allows you to manually edit the velocity response curves of each sound, granting even greater degrees of expressiveness and multi-instrument layering. All three pedals provide distinctive functions, including the progressive damper action (with sympathetic resonance simulation), a progressive soft pedal, and a sostenuto pedal (with sympathetic resonance simulation). The last two can also be assigned to new functions, and the sostenuto pedal can be used as a secondary damper piano for the left side when in 4-hands mode.
Playback for any scenario
Dexibell left no stone unturned with the H10, thriving as a solo instrument and when accompanying an ensemble. A 1/4-inch line input allows the easy integration of a microphone directly with the H10, featuring dedicated presets, effects, EQ, compression, and a lowpass filter, along with a master-effects knob on the keyboard’s right-hand side. Audio outputs include L/Mono and R 1/4-inch phone jacks, 1/4-inch and 3.5mm headphone jacks, USB MIDI and Digital Audio I/O, USB MIDI and memory device, and three different pedals. The VIVO H10’s 4-amp, 15-speaker configuration can also function as a sound monitor, powered by four DSPs and individually adjustable from external output. Bluetooth compatibility allows for the integration of real-time accompaniment for backing tracks, connection to the VIVO Editor or xMure app for supplementary sheet music, and more.
