This case is great for my bamboo ukulele. It feels sturdy enough for my needs (though I don't think I'd take it on a plane) and has plenty of storage. There is a zip pocket on the front and a large compartment inside. The inside is contoured perfectly for the body of my uke. Given its simple design, I embellished it with some fabric paint.

I would be remiss if I didn't comment on the service from Sweetwater. The case was shipped rather quickly and well-packed. In addition, the day I ordered it, I got a call from the company, just to thank me for the purchase.

This is a recent purchase. I've been searching for a case that will fit my Yamaha GL-1 Guitalele well enough for casual travel and offer better general protection than the gig bag which came with it can do. It is certainly not a road warrior case, but for its price point, it should offer suitable protection as-is.

This case fits well enough. The upper and lower bouts are a few fractions of an inch wider than the Yamaha GL-1, but the body fits snug enough not to cause any worries.

The overall length is a bit tight, BUT this maybe be due to the fact that I have a strap button installed to my GL-1 which pushes the headstock another few fractions of an inch upward into the top interior of the case. Again, the fit is very snug, but not unworkable.

While I may have preferred a different brand of hard case - this one will work well for me and hopefully will work for you too.

Acquired a Kala tenor, low G uke a few years back with a soft case to go with it. I've since been playing with the Wilsonville Ukulele Players Society where we practice to play at local senior living facilities, remote special needs facilities via Zoom, and at the city's tree-lighting program, among others. That led me to a more rigid case I felt I needed, and by chance, found what I needed at Sweetwarter. Upon receipt I was amazed at its quality… it more than exceeded my expectations.

I'm very happy with my new case. I won't be concerned about damaging my Ukelele while transporting it. It has huge compartments to hold my accessories. I'm very glad that I bought this item.
