No produced guitar tone is complete with a slew of effects, so Ox Stomp also boasts an extensive array of delay, compression, reverb, modulation, and EQ parameters accessible via the UAFX Control app. The 6-position rig knob ties it all together, giving you instant access to six of your favorite cab/mic/effect combinations. Classic ribbons, discerning condensers, and time-tested dynamic microphones — the Ox Stomp’s two 3-way microphone switches allow you to pair any of this pedal’s microphone emulations together in the configuration of your choice. Plus, the Room knob gives you the power to choose any of the Ox Stomp’s six mic models as your room mic to add a touch of breath and liveliness to your signal. Picky about your mic placement? The UAFX Control app offers in-depth positioning control over all three of your mics, in addition to thorough per-mic EQ settings.

Once you’ve chosen your required effects, you can save cab/mic/effect combinations to the rig knob for instant access to six of your favorite tonal presets — a must-have feature for guitarists running several disparate digital amplifier models in a single show or session. Moreover, the Ox Stomp’s “B” footswitch can be configured to serve as a mirror image to the “A” side, effectively giving you six more rigs to choose from. Do you prefer a small set of rigs? Set the “B” footswitch to a variety of other uses, including serving as a dedicated on/off toggle for one of your effects.
